Exciting news from botanical artist, Parnell Corder!

I am pleased to announce my participation in the following exhibition:

    Patterns and Abstractions of Nature
A Fine Art Mixed Media Exhibition

    Patterns and Abstractions of Nature
is an exhibit of original fine art drawings, paintings and photographs. The installation illuminates the force and structural beauty of nature seen through the works of America’s most prominent botanical illustrators and contemporary artists working in the genre. Artwork will be on view from Tuesday, February 9 through Sunday, April 11. You are invited to meet the artists on Saturday March 27 from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. On this special day, visitors can meet the artists, learn what inspires them and discover how they create their artwork. Admission is free with paid admission to Filoli. Reservations are not necessary.

The historic Filoli Estate is located 30 miles south of San Francisco in Woodside, CA. Directions to this exciting exhibition of abstract botanical art can be viewed here.

Parnell Corder’s “Abstract Botanical Art At Filoli” is fascinating!
Thank you for putting this on your website so that we could learn about him and his work. I liked the way he had his art framed also. His botanical images are fresh and exciting and would like to see more of him in the future.
